* PERSONAL TRAINING

​

$25 for a single hour session, $250 for a month (12 sessions).

$20 FOR A SINGLE HOUR SESSION, $150 FOR 12!

Each session is designed, timed, and run by the trainer(s) on duty. This includes programing and facility use for all sessions for one hour per session. Think of it as a 3 for 1 deal, programing, training, and facility.

* GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

 

2 people $25 per person, 3 people $20 per person.

2 OR MORE PEOPLE FOR A SINGLE HOUR SESSION - $15 EACH!

Each session is designed to be done in a group (circuit, switch, or group training). This includes programming and facility use for up to 3 people. Same deal as personal training, just cheaper for more people.

* BODY BUILDING

 

$450 a month in person training, coaching, posing practice with physique analysis, nutrition guidelines, & competition prep.

$210 a month for online coaching & programming, 2 in person posing practices & physique analysis, & nutrition guidelines.

$350 PER MONTH IN PERSON!

$150 PER MONTH ONLINE!

This includes programing, training, nutrition guides, posing practice, and competition prep for those that use the facility.

* POWER LIFTING

 

Lifting: $315 basic powerlifting programing & training. $400 competition level programming & training with competition prep.

Lifting: $225 basic powerlifting programing & training. $300 competition level programming & training with competition prep.

Skill training, technique analysis, accessory work, and injury prevention/rehab/”bulletproofing” joints with stretching, working, lifting, and tissue pressure.

* SPORTS TRAINING

 

(Strength & Skill work for Wrestling, Football, Basketball, Base/Softball, Volleyball, Track & Field strength work) One on One: $30 for an hour; Group Training: $25 a person with up to 4 people.

One on One: $25 for an hour; Group Training: $20 a person with up to 4 people.

Working on “sport specific” training including strength, agility, speed, conditioning, and required power for sport. Also some “bulletproofing” for required joints.

* OTHER SERVICES

One-time Programs: Designed programs for individual goals. Programs for clients to do on theirown with their goals in mind.
4-  Week: $35   $20
6-  Week: $45   $30
10-Week: $60   $45

Nutrition Coaching: $75 per program (1 week, 7-day, programing).

Nutrition Coaching: $50 FOR 14 DAYS!

Basic nutrition coaching includes calorie goals, macros, and the splits in which they are intended.
